This Amerex ABC multipurpose dry chemical, wheeled fire extinguisher covers your large-scale fire protection needs. Designed for a one-man operation, these units are easily transportable through doorways and over rough terrain and is ideal for offshore rigs, ship docks, refineries, chemical plants, aircraft ramps, remote construction sites, large laboratories, processing plants, storage and loading areas. This fire extinguisher is used on Class A (wood, paper, cloth), Class B (flammable liquids and gases), and Class C (electrical) fires. Stored pressure, wheeled extinguishers are less expensive to purchase, as well as easier and less costly to maintain and service. Stored pressure extinguishers include the expellant and the extinguishing agent in the same cylinder with a gauge to show the amount of pressure inside the cylinder. This 50 lb. wheeled unit has 12.5-inch semi-pneumatic rubber wheels, is fully charged, with the option to include an annual inspection tag.
